I received a phone call to verify the requirement of the chosen job function and environment. Afterwards, I was given individual interview. During the individual interview, I was to go over my experience in the field, and why the specific company. Additionally, I was given choice to be accepted for multiple positions. In result, I chose forklift operator. The interview give me a forklift skill test to verify my experience. Once accepted, I was accepted for the job.

The interview process consisted of a brief phone call follow up by an in person interview. You are then required to take a drug test and a strength test that is used to qualify you for certain jobs that have certain strength qualifications. You are then given a tour of the facility and are then started on a brief computer based training to prepare you for work in the distribution center.
