Informal interview, discussed the position and received the offer during the call. Had a discussion about improvements that could be made to the course and what had been done right in the past.

Interview
Had one-step interview with the department chair. It was pretty smooth and about technical requirements and my plans to fulfill the contract terms. It also covered my presentation skills and techniques. I got the interview result right away.
