Nothing- you submit resume and you attend a Zoom with no interactive information at all. Very easy, don't need any skills, I doubt they check qualifications too much as the job is legitimately just making phone calls.

30 min phone call, laid back, easy and straightforward questions about background and previous experience. No follow up interview; was offered position during call and given time to think about it.
It was a phone interview. Asked mostly behavioral questions. Seemed like the interviewer was rushing my answers... Interview only lasted about 15 minutes. I looked on Handshake and they seemed to have a questionably large amount of interns.
