Four rounds of interviews over two weeks. Initially with HR, then with a coordinator, third was with two members of the team you would be working on. The final is then with a more senior member of management. All seemed to be going well, until the final interview where the interviewer was a bit rude and abrupt. Thought it was a good sign getting through to final interview and getting to meet the team - two weeks later, after sending a follow up e-mail for an update, I got a generic response that they won't be moving forward with my candidacy. I have asked for feedback to get more of a specific reason why - but no reply. Would of preferred a more personal refusal instead of a automated one, especially after speaking with ~90% of the team.
