It was fairly straight forward, once I was offered an interview. I went to their then Quarry Lakes location in Baltimore, MD. I met with 3 of the managers individually and separately. They asked some great questions and also allowed for me to learn more about the company, environment, and role. As well as, to ask any questions I had.

Interview
Interview process was simple,found the role online,met with one person and was offered the role the same week. No waiting around for 3-4 weeks to get an answer which was a huge plus as a candidate.

Question 1
Past accomplishments,challenges and thoughts on the industry. For management role they also asked a bout previous supervisory experience.
Previous account management and sales experience is a plus for the role but not required.
Lastly,working in a highly regulated industry requires a lot of patience and creativity and they wanted to know if working with tobacco products was acceptable.
