submitted through online posting. got a response in two weeks. telephone interview followed by 2 in person interviews. references and background check. they also did some kind of profile survey. it was interesting and they gave me the results after i started. great first day orientation program. recruiter and HR person i met on the first day were professional and answered all my questions thoroughly
