Connected through a recruiter, was applying from out of town. They were accommodating and the experience was expedited. Really quick couple phone calls and then long in person interview. I interviewed with practically half the office & then took a technical test. It was thorough if not a bit intimidating to go through so many hoops. The CEO was traveling at the time but the recruiter made a point to mention that he was super supportive of women in leadership positions, which I found cool that that was worth pointing out. It's true, the environment does have a ton of great, knowledgable women in leadership positions.
