It was around 5 stages, there were no trick questions and all of the people I spoke with were very helpful. It was all done over Teams online and set up very quickly. I got a great feel of the people and the culture.

Rather unstructured, they mostly just have several "random" people chat with the applicant to get a "sense" of the person. Sometimes they select one or more people that aren't actually involved in the department that is being applied for.
