I had two video calls and then got offered the job and asked to start "as soon as posisble". Unfortuntely I came on here in between the interviews and read the reviews on the culture in the company and decided that isn't somewhere I would like to work.

2 relatively quick calls, one screening and one more a classic interview. In the second call, I was told the offer was 35k. I said this suited me. Once I received the offer, I was told it was 32k. This range slight alarm bells, but I was still interested. Got an offer and went on here. I was horrified with what I was reading, but decided to ignore. Surely it was just disgruntled former employees. 2 weeks before I was due to start, my offer got recinded. By email. I called a member of the talent team and didn’t even get an apology. I had quit my previous role. Luckily, another role got back to me an hour after this happened, so I secured a new job. Don’t ignore these reviews!
