This was the most pain-free interview process I’ve been through! I first had a video call with the department director to get a better understanding of the role, company, culture, etc., and then had a virtual interview with the management team just a few days later. I was given a timeline for each stage of the process and kept in the loop the whole way through. When I received an offer, I got a phone call directly from HR and was given all pertinent details. For someone as organized and type-A as myself, it was a great experience.
