I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Medix (Minneapolis, MN) in Apr 2017
Interview
Met with four individuals over the course of two hours. All individuals were friendly and asked a lot about personal life and free time activities. Very focused on personal background, but didn't get into previous job experience. I felt as thought the position was not explained well now that I have been here for almost a year.
Very easy and got to know you. You meet with a manager, office coordinator head and then head of the office you will be in. Sometimes you get to meet others on the team to get to know them.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Medix (Irvine, CA) in Jan 2024
Interview
Very unprofessional. I had a recruiter reach out to me and we were able to speak on the phone. I was told she would give me a call back. After that, they never contacted me again. I even followed up and she just ghosted me. Like at least tell me I didn't get the position. So many of the companies nowadays are completely unprofessional.
I applied online. I interviewed at Medix (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2020
Interview
The interview process was very warm and friendly, yet also very professional. Initially, there were typical interview questions. There was clear and quick communication regarding my application status. As the process progressed, interviews included more difficult questions, as expected.
