      Recruiter Interview

      29 Jul 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Medix in May 2022

      Interview

Longest interview process I've ever done. Initial phone screen, then moved to phone interview with two people, from there I was moved to the "final" Teams interview where I met many people on the team concluding with meeting two higher-up guys. The interviews were cool. Then I got another request to speak with another manager who was off the day before. I assumed I would be getting an offer after that. After that, my recruiter called all my references only to tell me afterwards she wanted to speak to my old boss. I didn't feel comfortable giving her that information since I hadn't spoken to her since my last day. The interviews were cool but getting feedback was the problem. My recruiter was "sick" for days and delayed my feedback numerous times. Finally, I got a call from the last manager I spoke with who told me since they couldn't speak to my old manager they wouldn't give me an offer. All the reviews are correct about them making you believe you're going to get an offer. I can tell I dodged a bullet.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Medix (Chicago, IL)

      Interview

The interview process started with a phone screening and went well. However, they hiring recruiters that contacted me were not on the same page and provided mixed messaging. After going through multiple screenings and an in person interview, I was ghosted and not informed on an answer.

A long interview process but a lot of detail about the company. It was first a phone interview and then a final virtual interview. It was very extensive and each round took about an hour or so.
