Long and overly drawn out interview process. The interviewers were all nice and it was a decent experience. The recruiter was also very knowledgeable and responsive. However, the interviewing process took upwards of two months, and included several rounds with 8 different people for a role that was not technical at all. A panel interview would have been a much better use of everyone's time.
