Phone interview with Recruiter, brought in for interview face to face with recruiter, VP and SVP. Similar process to other companies privately owned. Very hands on through entire process

nothing too difficult. Asked personal questions by SVP, but not surprised at this level.
The interviewer was very nice but was very illusive. I never got her email. She made it seem like I already had the job when I spoke to her and then I didn't ever get responses to my communications after that.

The interview itself went well and questions were straightforward. They send an intelligence test afterwards which was a huge red flag for inclusivity especially when questions had nothing to do with the job functions.
