I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Medline Industries (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2019
Interview
It was fairly relaxed and low pressure. No real tricky behavioral interview questions. Asked me to go through my resume from start to finish and summarize my experience. Interviewer spent a lot of time talking about the company and selling me on the role.
I applied online. I interviewed at Medline Industries
Interview
Went through multi-layered interviews, full product knowledge, and documented years of relationship building. Boilerplate rejection email. "At this time, we are not moving forward in the process as there are other candidates who more closely align with the needs of the team". Medline is still recruiting for the job XX months later. I guess I wasn't young enough.
3-4 rounds of interviews first with recruiter, then direct manager, regional manager and finally the VP. It can be lengthy as they need time to collaborate with one another and it doesn’t seem like a major priority.
Entretien passé dans la cafétéria d’une station essence sur une aire d’autoroute! Peu professionnel et non respect de la confidentialité. Le manager pose des questions discriminantes telles que: âge, situation familiale, âge des enfants.
