Interview
I applied online on their website. Within few days, I got an email from HR and had a phone interview. I was asked to take an online assessment. I was told that I scored great on that. Then had a face to face interview with two managers. Their HR gave me lot of tips before the interview.

Interview
Lengthy. It took about 3 months. I had 3 phone interviews and 1 in person interview. After that I had to follow up a number of times just to get an update. Overall it was a typical corporate interview process, though a little longer than usual.

Step 5 - "Ride Along" / shadow 2 sales reps. Also met regional sales manager. Step 6 - Skype w/SVP regional field sales. Step 7 - Final interviews w/Sr. HR Manager, VP National Sales, Director of Training, SVP National Field Sales, Lead Recruiter.
BE CAREFUL with Medline, especially if they tell you they want you and like you. I have zero clue why I didn't receive offer. One of the most senior people called me the wrong name. Twice. He also said he didn't see sales anywhere on my resume but sales is all over my resume. He either didn't review my resume or playing games to see how I'd react.
