Took some lengthy personality and math/logic tests. Then got an email from recruiter to set up a call. Live interview with hiring manager. Did not go past this, but the rest of the deal included: Ride day with sales rep. Fly to corporate. Interviewed with David Russo. Appeared to be looking for a rep they could pay the least amount of money to. Sounds like the territory was not in good shape which is why the previous rep left. They were quick to say he "relocated within the company." Seasoned reps who would question things and with strong personalities probably would not be a good fit here. It sounds like more of a firing culture than a hiring culture. Asked some tough questions from reviews I saw on the company and that apparently didn't go over well, which tells me the reviews were correct. Was told I would hear back the next day, never heard anything until I called the recruiter. Make sure to read the reviews to gather your own conclusion and ask tough questions in the interview. If you are younger and less experienced this might be a good role for you.
