I was invited for an on-site interview with consisted of 4 30-minute interviews and a 12- minute test. The interviewer's were nice and the opportunity seemed like good experience, but the company does not have their stuff together. After waiting a month longer than they told me I would hear back from them and following up with the HR rep I was completely ghosted with no indication on why I didn't get the position. I found out I didn't get it when a different HR rep reached out to me to see if I would be interested in interviewing for a different position with another team since I didn't get the financial analyst internship. This then led to a month of going back and forth without hearing from him for a long spurts and eventually interviewing for a position which turned out to be mindless grunt work unrelated to the position title.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If you were in a meeting with other teams and they wanted to rebrand a product during X month, what questions would you ask?
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Melaleuca (Idaho Falls, ID) in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview consisted of 3 back to back interviews from different members of the finance department. It was a bit repetitive as they all three were trying to get to know me. Everyone was very kind and truly tried to get to know me and my skills. After 2 hours of interview they give you a tour. I wish this wasn't the last thing especially when I wasn't offered the job. They gave me a gift bag at the end which was very kind. They did not get back to me on the status of my application for 3 weeks, when they said it would take a week. Also I had to ask for an update as well and then was immediately sent a rejection letter.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Melaleuca (Idaho Falls, ID) in Jun 2018
Interview
Senior recruiter blew off first interview, was 20 minutes late to call for second interview only after multiple emails reminding him, and never called back when he committed to call the third time. Very unprofessional.
