Melt interview questions

Exciting, informative, bright and hopeful. Three rounds of promising interviews and feedback later, I was informed they were restructuring and hoped I would still be available in a month. I heard back from them about a year later, not ideal.

I emailed them my resume and heard back from them via email. No phone calls or in person interviews for the intern position. The decision was made based off of my email to them and resume.
