Hiring process was simple, and very personable. Questions will relate to your previous sales background and what are you seeking in the future for personal growth. Salary is discussed along with the company's expectations along with insurance benefits and when they will begin if you are needing that service. Once the initial interview is over, you will have a second interview, in which they are basically giving you an offer, based on the passing of background and drug screening.
