Memorial Hermann uses Match Day which lasts from 0730-1500 to place their nurses. The entire system hires a fixed number of GNs, and each locations has a limited number of slots. I applied for med surg, and met with the directors of those units. The interview had behavioral interviewing questions. There were 12 applicants for that facility, and they called me within 24 hours.

Fairly easy, typically graduate nurse interview. Tell me about yourself, situation questions. Contract will be sent within a couple of days and you only have a few days to make a decision on the offer

I interviewed virtually for the PICU at children's memorial hermann. Interview lasted 15 minutes w/ panel of 4 including managers and educators. They were very kind and made me feel comfortable by tailoring behavioral questions to correlate with my experiences on my resume.

I applied online, a few weeks later was asked to answer some behavioral assessment questions, then was invited to Match Day for an Interview. Heard back within one week. The interviewer was amazing and made me feel very comfortable!
