I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Menarini
Interview
I was placed in position by the recruiter. The recruiter arranged for a 1st stage interview which consisted of up to 2 interviewers. The interview was performed online and they asked fairly general questions. They clearly described their goals for the site. For a second interview, a panel of around 4-6 people joined and a presentation on process development was request. This was expected to be 10-15min long. Again technical questions asked were very broad. A set of personality questions are then asked by the panel. Then they offer for a chance to raise any questions. In general it was a pretty smooth and relaxed process.
