Long and somewhat intimidating. You're introduced to various people in the department, from first-year associates to the partners. But everyone is friendly and cordial and ask you questions about your educational background, any occupational background, and even your personal life.

Interview
VERY basic 1:1 behavioral interviews with each of the partners in the department and a few attorneys. They just want to make sure that you are willing to work hard, that you are organized, receptive to direction and detail oriented, can multitask, and that you generally get along well with the attorneys.
