I applied online. I interviewed at Mental Health Cooperative (Cleveland, TN) in Aug 2022
Interview
The interview process was fairly easy, I was able to shadow and do a ride along with a care manager to a consumers home and see the expectations of a visit. They provided a tour of the office and met some current employees

Question 1
What would make me a good candidate for this position
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mental Health Cooperative (Nashville, TN)
Interview
There were two interviews. The first interview was with two people from HR. It included the usual questions about past experiences working with kids and in social work. They asked a few questions about why I wanted to work for their company and what I knew about them. I had done a little research on their company so that scored me points. The second interview was with the supervisor who I would be working under. It was fairly brief and afterwards she showed me around a little. I feel like the second interview was really more of a formality - I basically already had the job.

I applied online. I interviewed at Mental Health Cooperative (Dickson, TN) in Aug 2017
Interview
Discussed my qualifications with the case management supervisor, discussed the position, whether or not I would prefer to work with children or adults; discussed my feelings about boundaries with clients; was informed that the company is progressive concerning medication and other issues, which was fine with me. Overall, positive interview experience. During the second-round, in-person interview, I went on a ride-along with a case manager.
