Interview on site at Meridian Innovation Center with Director, Scientist, and other research associates in the department.
Scientist explained department, hierarchy, job duties, company goals and purpose.
Research associates explained company culture, work environment, career ladder, and workplace dynamics.
Director explained LAMP-pcr technology.
