Got a call from HR. Then had an online examination, followed by a Telephonic interview, followed by 1x1 meeting with a Senior management person. The process tests your skillset and makes sure you are the right fit for the job
I had a couple of phone interviews (HR and Technical guys), also I had to take two online tests, one for .Net skills and one related to SQL skills. Finally I got an offer.

Be prepared for more than one interview, or a single interview visit that will last about 3 hours while you're there. You'll talk to at least three different people (including HR), and you may even be video conferenced to senior management in VA.
