Merito Software Engineer interview questions

Application experience was positive. The process had four rounds: a technical assignment, a product/case discussion (on the assignment), a technical round and a founder round focused on culture and expectations. Communication was prompt, the interviewers were respectful and the questions reflected real work rather than brainteasers. Feedback came quickly between rounds and the final decision was very timely - completed the entire thing within a month. Overall: structured, transparent and fair - I accepted the offer.
