Very long intensive interview process, lots of rounds & multiple assignments. Multiple rounds of decks with long prompts, which became very discouraging as it felt like a lot of free labour.

Question 1
They asked for me to create multiple assignments on how I'd run multiple social media pages, for different areas of the company. As well as create marketing plans for launches & promotions.
3 part interview. HR over the phone, Manager over the phone, with both in person. They were very kind and answered the questions I had. The process was just a bit on the long side.
