The interview process involved a brief interview about myself and experience, followed by a discussion about synoptic charts to assess my knowledge, and a presentation that I had previously prepared discussing the impacts of weather on Network Rail.

Friendly staff, was straight to a in person interview with 4 stages. Looked through some weather charts, wrote a weather report and gave a presentation. The process was fairly straightforward with many strong candidates.
