Mainly behavioral, the interviews took about 4 weeks. I went through a phone screen and several 1:1 interviews before being offered the position. The interviews were straight forward. During the final interview I had to detail a product during a role play.

Interview
You get a phone interview then they set you up for a face to face interview with the District Manager. After that you are to go to meet with the National Manager and a offer will come. The base pay is somewhere $70K-$75K. Commisssion is $26K at plan with a percentage increase as you surpass your goals. Car allowance is $500/month.

Question 1
They have you prepare a sales presentation for them. You are to sell one of their products and prepare a powerpoint. This takes rsearch and time to sell a product you are unfamiiar with. Make sure you close the deal and ask for the business. This presentation is in a role play situation. You are also asked to prepare a 30/60/90 day plan.
