Initial application via job sites. Contact from HR who is very nice, professional and explains all the details. Further, the tech interview was ok. The biggest issue is that response from tech takes forever which made me feel that they in the IT has problem to make the decision. Waste of time. Below I am asked "did not get an offer". I answerd "NO" because I am still waiting to hear from them.
