I don't know what management looks like at this point in time--I know the company (*which is privately-owned by the way--it is in no way, shape or form affiliated with the National Park System or monuments or--FAMILY-OWNED) did a COMPLETE overhaul a few years ago and I would assume many of the faces and practices have since changed, but during my tenure the interview process was extremely straight-forward and legit. I interviewed with an incredible boss at the time named Faith, super super cool lady and we had a brief discussion and I was onboarded.
