Applied. They reached out about three weeks later for a quick screening call love the phone. Very quick 20 min conversation asking about background and why Metro City Bank. Did not move on from there.

Question 1
Why should we pick you/ What do you bring to the table
I applied online. I interviewed at Metro City Bank (Duluth, GA) in Jul 2023
Interview
HR Manager reached out via email correspondence to application, scheduled an interview in person. The in-person interview was 2-stage, first with the HR Manager who explained the role and benefits, and the second interview was in front of a panel of two members. Both members of the panel asked questions related to resume, technical proficiency, personality, and expectations. Questions were direct, straightforward, and simply to understand even with slight language/accent barrier. Company made it clear that they're looking to fill the position long-term and that they've been struggling to retain someone in this position. The salary that they were willing to offer for that specific position seemed to provide insight as to why they have been having trouble with position retention. I asked about potential growth for the department I'd be working with and received a generic answer that paralleled the role description, so it was not very insightful unfortunately. After sending a follow up email, they confirmed with me that they would not be moving forward with my application. Response was quick, so huge plus to that. These days many companies will outright ghost you. Overall neutral-leaning-positive interview experience even though I did not receive an offer.
The process started with a phone call asking for basic information on why you want the job and then an on-sight interview looking at past experiences and how you'll do on the job
