      Anonymous employee
      Howell, NJ
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Metro Marketing (Howell, NJ) in Feb 2015

      Interview

It took all of 5 minutes. They hire anybody that doesn't come in drunk or high. The interview was fast and I started the following Monday. Training lasts 2-5 days depending on your performance. 2 days in class, then you're on the phones.
