I applied for a position online then received an email from the company to go to the company office for interview. Interview was brief then left. I was sent an link for my background check to be conducted at home on my laptop. Once I was done I was sent an email for orientation then I attend then I began working.

Very brief and easy, normal interview questions that better helps the employer understand what type of guard you’ll be. Talks about previous employment. Discusses thorough training process. It was a great experience and very friendly environment.

Interview
Hired on the spot, office was packed with employees receiving pay checks, employees coming in reeked of marijuana, not a real professional environment. Not a lot of questions asked, looking for a uniform was near impossible as everything was all over the place with no organization.
