Applied via Milkround.
Was invited to complete more personal application forms about my career goals and how these fit with Metro and what I could contribute etc, as well as a few easy psychometric online tests.
Was then invited to their office for a face-to-face interview. This started with a typing exercise and a geography test. Interview was mostly usual questions about why I had applied, what I could bring, what are my strengths etc.
Was then invited to a second interview with higher managers, was more conversation style and they wanted to know more about what I knew about the company and the role I would be doing.
The first interview lasted a long time and they asked a lot of questions, need to make sure you're prepared with answers and be confident of your application.
