Easy and informative, did an interview with the recruiter first, then had the interview with the owner, Kari. She was very nice and I could tell that she was really willing to be flexible in order to make it work. I was offered the job, however, I ended up declining because my current employer matched the salary and benefits.

Interview
The interview was a smooth process, easy questions, typical interview. It did not last long in duration. Everything was discussed with regards to pay, schedule, tasks, location and day to day operations.
