Interview
Initial call with HR representative to identify role(s) available, and potential fit within the company. This was followed by a meeting with existing employees in which a technical ability screening was carried out. After this, you are sent a take home exercise to complete. In my experience, communication was lacking after completing this exercise. I was asking for updates on my application for two months (with very little response, but I had some reassurance that my application was still progressing) until the company informed me of a hiring freeze.

My apologies for the length of your process and the lack of communication you experienced. Normally out TA team are indeed very careful in their follow-ups and communications, again I regret that this wasn't the case with you. Thank you for sharing and all the best in your future career.
