      Field Service Engineer Interview

      30 Jan 2020
      Anonymous employee
      Amsterdam
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meyn (Amsterdam) in Mar 2017

      Interview

First a recruiter aproached me over the telephone and didnt tell much about the job, just asked genberal questions to see the possible fit. After that, I had a personal interview with the recruiter, where he showed me the business area of Meyn, what they do, what kind of machines etc. After that I had an interview at the compnay with the head of help-desk and commissioning. This was the first interview with the actual company, where they asked general questions. After I passed this, there was another round, where the manager took me to an actual plant, and showed me around. I think the reason for that is too see how you handle the pretty tough smells, and noise etc.
