2 1/2 weeks of radio silence, then got rejected, which is fine. However, when you're interviewing candidates, what is the point of having everyone and their mother from different departments coming in to perform separate interviews? Neither department communicates with one another, therefore, they're asking the EXACT same questions to you over and over (very shoddy) . Why can't we just be interviewed by the hiring manager and save everyone's time? This isn't the only company that does this but it is a major problem in the selection process.
