I went through the initial assessment before being denied. The assessment seemed pretty straight forward, with lots of multiple choice questions and responding to prompts about how you would handle certain scenarios. For this reason, I'm honestly surprised with how I didn't pass. From the look of others experiences, it seems like they are either looking for the perfect candidate (the fact that they allow ChatGPT to be used for their assessments and also have several steps before you even get to talk to a real person is telling!) or they aren't hiring, like others have speculated. Either way, it's definitely alarming how I have only seen a couple success stories in a sea of rejections. Definitely weigh the pros and cons before you decide to apply for this job. For me, it felt like a waste of time.

Timed assessment very straightforward and not too complicated. I received an invitation for a zoom interview within a couple of hours of completing the assessment. I have not completed this yet.
