Michael C. Fina interview questions

Initial Phone Interview that lasted for about 30 minutes. followed by in person interview and an assessment test that took about an hour and a half. The following day an offer was presented and accepted. Interview process is rated as average. Actual experience working their was not how it was described in the jobs description.

I interviewed with 2 people. I came prepared but the person interviewing me was not prepared. The interviewer didn't really have questions for me but I had a list of questions for her. She couldn't answer most of them. She refused to go into details about the job details.
