Pretty straightforward. Completed application form, had ten minute telephone interview followed by a face to face interview with Operations Director and another senior staff. Easy and straightforward, they got back to me quite quickly and organised an interview. Gave clear instructions on appropriate wear and the time we should arrive. The process lasted around half an hour.
