Interview
Applied online and they were very quick to respond and notify me with an interview. Went and did it and found the it to have been quite easy and thought it went well.
Manager and Assistant manager held the interview and both were very nice and easy to talk to. Shame no call back...Oh well, onto the next.

Question 1
Q: What would you recommend to a customer if they were looking to try out a certain medium (i.e. watercolours) but don't know what to get.
Easy and quick, pretty laid back process. It's an initial phone call to screen/schedule an in person interview and then the in person interview lasted about 15 minutes. Pretty conversational and standard questions.
Fast. Very friendly. Questionnaire!!!! But process goes quick. Manager is friendly and interview went fine. Super friendly conversation. Seasonal is easier to enter. After season is over it is easy to stay as a permanent employee.

Easy questions, asking for availability. Mostly part time coworkers that they were looking for to fill in shifts. You should be knowledgeable in arts and craft suppies. Be enthusiastic and ready to learn
