Interview
Brief. Sat me down in the classroom and asked me about my previous work experience. I was transferring from another location so i described my duties there. Very straightforward. after they asked me some basic questions the manager told me what they expected of the employees at their store, the quotas they have to meet, the standard of the store and that since its a high volume store they were reviewed by corporate a lot.

What my tasks were; how i felt about working the floor. what my closing duties were, etc.
Easy and quick, pretty laid back process. It's an initial phone call to screen/schedule an in person interview and then the in person interview lasted about 15 minutes. Pretty conversational and standard questions.
Fast. Very friendly. Questionnaire!!!! But process goes quick. Manager is friendly and interview went fine. Super friendly conversation. Seasonal is easier to enter. After season is over it is easy to stay as a permanent employee.

Easy questions, asking for availability. Mostly part time coworkers that they were looking for to fill in shifts. You should be knowledgeable in arts and craft suppies. Be enthusiastic and ready to learn
