Three phone interviews, people answers, then two in person interviews, reference checks and then an offer. Met with two dm's and zhrd and hr generalist Lot's of good information, longevity and positive feelings.

Very basic process when it comes to the hiring process. Step one recruiter and a phone screen. Step two was with the District Manager with store visit,
Step 3 offer. Total process was 2 weeks.

Interview was reasonable. Met with market manager then a peer interview with another store manager. Market manager asked about my knowledge of the company and its core values. Asked situational questions and about experience leading teams.

It was very quick, and had several portions to the interview including an amplitude test. Met with the district supervisor for a store visit.Not sure what other information they wanted.. Only received a generated email with the reply. I imagine they continued with other applicants within the company
