Applied at a job fair and got invited in for an interview. Went in for the interview with a manager and after we finished was offered the position on the spot and finished all the paperwork there.

Done over the phone, just a simple phone screening talking with the Store Manager. It was fairly short, only around 15-20 minutes. The manager asked about experience on my resume, as well as my availability.
