Michaels Part Time Replenishment Associate interview questions

The older and recently maritally-separated replenishment team manager was attracted to me so he hired on the spot... deep people... at least I had the opportunity to get many of my questions answered regarding specific job responsibilities and expectations before my first day of work.

Interview was pretty laid back. They emphasize that you need to be able to work super early (like 3am early) and you cant really be out unless you have a good reason because theyre so dependent on needing these people for the trucks. If you can work at 3am you basically have the job.
