Terrible from start to finish.
First round screening is an unscheduled phone call from HR. No email or outreach of any kind leading up to it. Was asked for my availability and scheduled an interview only to have it cancelled bc it was scheduled, by MSUFCU, for a bank holiday.
When I emailed to reschedule, it was two weeks before I heard back with anything. The day of the interview, I was sent a videoconference link that didn't work. 15 minutes in I finally got the HR rep on the phone who took another 15 minutes to gather the interview team back together, leaving me with only 30 minutes to interview (the branch manager didn't join until 15 minutes left).
Ultimately was not extended a job offer because I didn't answer questions specifically enough. Would not have accepted regardless.
