Interview
my initial communication was to call them on the phone after seeing an ad in the newspaper and hearing about the position from a banner on the street in front of their store held up with a lot of rope on all sides of the sign which was very white.
Straight forward and simple. What you would expect from a sales position at a computer retail store. None of the questions caught me off guard they were all common interview questions.

Interview
Process was long and tedious, though worthwhile if patient. Also helped to be a little persistent just to ensure that you haven't been forgotten about. Involves online video Q&A, phone interview, and a few interviews with manager concluding with the general manager.

Talked to Manager got hired on the spot. Easy to get the job, mostly its just another retail job any high school kid can work.... So it was easy to get into.
